难得的假期要好好放松出去玩一玩，但是出门在外肯定不如在家里那么方便：长途旅行生活的不规律；衣食住行的诸多不便；另外长途跋涉对于都市人群来说能否保持充沛的精力也是很重要的环节这一系列问题如果我们解决不好的话，宝贵的出游不但不能为我们带来欢乐，还肯有可能对我们的健康造成影响，那我们该怎样做才能快快乐乐游山水，健健康康度长假呢？
旅行中的吃与喝
“病从口入”这话是一点也不假，饮食健康无论何时对我们来都是十分重要的。
尽管出门在外一切都不可能象在家里那么讲究，但在吃方面绝对马虎不得，片刻的放松造成的损失却可能是巨大的，下面就介绍一些关于旅行中“吃”的要领。
1、瓜果一定要洗净或去皮吃。吃瓜果一定要去皮。瓜果除了受农药污染处，在采摘与销售过程中也会受到病菌或寄生虫的污染。
2、慎重对待每一餐，饥不择食要不得。高中档的饮食店一般可放心去吃，大排档的可有选择地吃，摊位或沿街摆卖（推车卖）的不要去吃。旅行中虽然饥肠辘辘的情况不少，但小摊小贩的食物不能去碰。如果饥不择食，则等于拿生命开玩笑。
3、学会鉴别饮食店卫生是否合格。合格的一般标准应是：有卫生许可证，有清洁的水源，有消毒设备，食品原料新鲜，无蚊蝇，有防尘设备，周围环境干净，收款人员不接触食品且钱票与食品保持相当距离。
4、在车船或飞机上要节制饮食。乘行时，由于没有有运动条件，食物的消化过程延长、速度减慢，如果不节制饮食，必然增加胃肠的负担，引起肠胃不适。
说完了吃，我们再来谈谈喝，从某种意义上讲，喝水对于人来说也许比吃饭更重要，因为人体中的水分占人体的60%，在外旅行难免会遇见前不着村后不着店的情况，没有水喝对人健康的影响绝对是很大的，严重的时候还会造成脱水现象。就算是有水喝，也要做到健康饮用，现在就介绍一下每天喝水的“六诀”。
1、未渴先饮--早晨出游前尽量多喝水，包括早餐的牛奶和稀饭。
2、小口慢饮--旅途中口渴时只能间歇含饮几小口清水或茶水，切忌“牛饮”，以免破坏体内水盐平衡。
3、以浆代饮--途中饥渴时不妨以绿豆汤、八宝粥之类浆液代替喝水，这较符合生理要求。
4、不贪冷饮--身热口渴时勿贪冰淇淋、冰汽水之类冷饮，否则越吃越渴，还易伤脾胃。
5、寻泉为饮--尽量不喝野外自然水，万不得已时只喝山林间的泉水，勿饮河水、融雪水、路边溪水。
6、归来畅饮--傍晚回宿地洗澡前先静心慢饮茶水，晚饭后继续喝到排尿为止。
都市里的人们由于长期沉浸在繁忙的工作中，难得有时间游玩，因此一但有机会出门旅行就如同小鸟出笼，东走走西逛逛恨不得自己多长两条腿。
虽然心情可以理解但也要适可而止，过度劳累的话就容易造成体力透支，从而影响到我们的健康。另外对于长期不运动的人群来说，一但进行长途旅行很可能会引发一系列疾病，这些可都是非常值得注意的！

出去游玩为的就是放松心情，所以保持身心健康尤为重要，其实这并不是很困难，稍做注意你就能够完成健康又愉快的行程。
1旅行计划量力而行，以大局为重。注意劳逸结合，避免过度劳累。团队或两三人旅行，一定要有整体观念，一切安排都应为体弱者着想。
2努力缩小旅行生活与平时生活之间的差距。从出发之日起，要尽可能维持平常的生活规律。如定时休息、睡眠与起床，定时进食与排便，使人体内存在(或建立起来的)的饮食起居节律(条件反射)不遭破坏。
3饮食要讲求营养。旅行时身体消耗大，补充养分一定要足。住宿休息时，在可能的情况下要找个好点的住所，真正睡个安稳舒适的太平觉，以使劳累一天的疲惫身体能得到充分的恢复。
4注意预防乘车旅行中的“风病”。比如，车厢内人多、热量大、温度高，空气不清洁，这时猛然开窗透气吹风或既吹风又减衣服而受寒；夜间行车，车内温度下降，未及增加衣服会着凉；坐飞机时觉得舱内闷热，就把通气阀门开至最大流量并长时间直吹头部等等。
5顺应环境，因地制宜，按摩穴位，活动筋骨，以消除旅途疲劳和不适。
老人旅行切记事项
带老人出游为的就是能够让老人高兴，如果有条件尽量能够参加专门为老人开设的旅游团，因为这样的旅游团会根据老人的实际情况来制订观光计划，不至于过于劳累。若参加普通旅行团的话就要注意以下几个方面。
临行前要体检
老年人旅行前都应体检，征得医生同意，方可前往。然后再根据各自的身体状况和病情，选定旅游点，安排旅行日程，能远则远，不能远则近，不要勉强。出发后要及时向随团保健医生介绍病情，独自或结伴旅行时，要有人陪同照顾。
携带常用药物
除携带平时服用的药物外，如降压药、扩血管药及催眠药，还应备有感冒、腹泻、止痛之类的药物。急救药随身带，以应急需。若晕车船，还应带上防晕药。
防止受凉感冒
春秋旅游旺季，气候多变，故春游不减衣，还要带上雨具，以防不测风云，使身体受凉。秋天早午晚温差大，老年人机体免疫与抗病能力下降，应随气候变化增减衣服，防止受凉感冒。
饮食要讲卫生
旅途中饮食宜清淡，少吃方便面，多吃蔬菜水果，防止便秘。不食用不卫生、不合格的食品和饮料，不喝泉水、塘水和河水。尽量在住地餐厅用餐，自备餐具和水具，既方便又卫生。
避免过度疲劳
乘火车人多拥挤，车厢敢污浊，坐汽车颠簸厉害，倍感疲劳。故老年人长途旅行最好坐卧铺或飞机，也可分段前往，旅行日程安排宜松不宜紧，活动量不宜过大，游览时，行步宜缓，循序渐进，攀山登高要量力而行，以免劳累过度，加重心脏负担，心肌缺血缺氧，引起旧病复发。若出现头昏、头痛或心跳异常时，应就地休息或就医。
住处舒适安静
为保证每天6至8小时睡眠，住宿条件不求豪华，但求舒适安静，选2至4人间，与陪同人或旅伴在一个房间，便于照顾。不要图省钱住潮湿、阴暗、拥挤的房间，以免影响睡眠，体力不支，或诱发疾病。每晚睡前用热水泡脚，睡时将小腿和脚稍垫高，以防下肢水肿
另外，在旅游过程中由于心情特别兴奋失眠也成了常见问题，本来在外休息就会打一部分折扣，如果再加上失眠的话不但会影响到第二天的游览计划，还会造成神经衰弱等疾病，那么这种状况该如何解决呢？
旅行“催眠术”
外出旅游，夜晚失眠，怎么办？教你几招“催眠”方法，可能管用。
避免过度紧张
旅游时，不宜把行程安排过紧，紧张容易在夜间失眠。正确的做法是自我放松，临睡前喝一杯稀释的醋。
保持睡眠环境的舒适
出游也应维持原上床睡觉时间，并保持平时睡觉方向；有人喜欢临睡前，吃一些面包、牛奶，这是好的催眠夜宵。
温水洗澡
晚上用温水洗澡可使劳累的肌肉和神经放松。按摩疲劳的四肢，足底的涌泉穴和头部，颈项部的一些穴位能起到意想不到的催眠作用。
服用镇定药
如果上述办法都不足使你入睡，可以服用舒乐安定、枣仁丸，一般在临睡前服1粒即可。
除了上面介绍的这些方面外，如果在旅行过程中真的出现一些突发性疾病，也不要着急，冷静的判断和处理才能顺利的解决问题，另外，掌握一些处理紧急疾病的小方法也是必不可少的。
旅游徒手治病5法
［指压太阳穴止头痛］ 一般头痛，患者自己可用双手食指分别按压头部双侧太阳穴(太阳穴在眉梢与外眼角中间向后一寸凹陷处)，压至胀痛并按顺时钟方向旋转约一分钟，头痛便可减轻。
［按揉足三里穴止胃痛］ 胃痛时，用双手拇指揉患者双腿足三里穴。足三里穴在膝盖下三寸，胫骨外侧一横指处，待有酸麻胀感后三至五分钟，胃痛可明显减轻至消失。
［掐中指甲根缓解心绞痛］ 当心绞痛发作，一时无法找到硝酸甘油片时，旁人可用拇指甲掐患者中指甲根部，让其有明显痛感，亦可一压一放，坚持三至五分钟症状便可缓解。
［捏压虎口治晕厥］ 晕厥即面色苍白恶心欲呕，出冷汗甚至不省人事。此时，他人可用拇指食指捏压患者手之虎口(即合谷穴)，捏压十余下时，一般可以苏醒。
［点压天枢穴治便秘］ 便秘者在大便时以左手中指点压左侧天枢穴上(位于肚脐旁三厘米下方一厘米处)，至有明显酸胀感即按住不动，坚持一分钟左右，就有便意，然后屏气，增加腹压，即可排便。

刀法篇
青龙偃月刀指法(直刀刀法)
新手入门最常见指法，以破风之势横贯屏幕，如同关云长青龙偃月刀，一刀之下破千军万马。适用于下图水果分布。
又分为横、竖两种，需要手法的灵活运用。

土耳其新月弯刀刀法(弧形刀法)
土耳其新月弯刀的出现，使其骑兵在中世纪称霸亚欧大陆。骑兵冲击的时候，将弯刀平托，刀刃向前，借助马的速度推劈向敌人身体，利用弯刀有很好的曲度，给敌人造成致命打击，同时在劈到坚硬的铠甲时也不易被震飞脱手。不似长刀般坚硬，又多了鬼魅色彩。
弯刀的适应性远比长刀强，更便携，更适合连续攻击。
所以它也在水果忍者中有了更多用武之地，有的水果走的不是直线，需要下刀带些弧度。
